We ship your orders from Paris, France, with our transport partners:
La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, FedEx or UPS depending on the destination
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped, including a tracking number.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the period (sales, holidays, etc.) and local postal services.
BACK
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not suit you.
The return shipping cost is €10.
Terms :
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and in their packaging if possible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- No cash on delivery returns will be accepted.
How to proceed:
- Send an email to contact@barluet.fr specifying your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Upon receipt and verification of the items, we will proceed with the refund (excluding delivery costs) within a maximum period of 14 days.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are free in France . For other countries, fees apply and vary depending on the destination zone (see delivery rates in the first section of the page).
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and compliance with return conditions .
Note: The exchanged product must be the same model. If you wish to exchange it for a different model, you will need to return the item and place a new order on our online store.
How to proceed:
- Send an email to contact@barluet.fr specifying your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange, as well as the desired size/color.
- Please email us the new delivery address if it is different from the original address.
- We will send you a return label along with instructions to follow, as well as the information needed to pay the delivery charges.
- After receiving and verifying the items, we will proceed with the exchange of item(s) according to stock availability.
