GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)
BARLUET STUDIO SAS , registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 831 344 06, carries out its activity of creating, producing and marketing the BARLUET brand.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") are intended to define the terms of sale of products offered under the BARLUET brand on the website www.barluet.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
They constitute a contract between:
The company BARLUET STUDIO (hereinafter "BARLUET"), and any natural person of legal age, non-commercial, having the legal capacity to contract, residing in one of the countries delivered by the Site (hereinafter the "Client").
BARLUET and the Client are hereinafter referred to together as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".
Any order placed on the Site implies the Client's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
BARLUET STUDIO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions define the conditions under which BARLUET markets its products to the Customer, from the placing of the order to payment and delivery, subject to the specific provisions relating to shipments, returns and exchanges (see tab " Shipping and Returns ").
Article 2 — Products
- The products offered for sale by BARLUET are those appearing on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer.
- Each product has a descriptive sheet including: price, available sizes and colours, composition and essential characteristics.
- Slight differences between the product and the photographs may exist, depending on the resolution and color definition of the customer's screen.
- BARLUET is committed to delivering products that comply with current regulations, particularly regarding the safety and health of individuals.
Article 3 — Price
- Prices are shown in euros by default. They are exclusive of taxes and delivery charges.
- Shipping costs, as well as applicable taxes depending on the delivery country, are specified before final order confirmation. (See our section on deliveries, returns and exchanges)
- BARLUET reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered.
- In the event of a clearly erroneous price being displayed (for example, a ridiculously low price due to a technical error), the order may be cancelled, even if it had already been validated.
Article 4 — Ordering and Payment
4.1 Placing the order
- The ordering process on the Site includes several steps:
- Product selection and addition to cart (size/colour where applicable).
- Checking and possibly modifying the shopping cart.
- Shopping cart validation and entry of any promotional code.
- Entry of delivery and billing information.
- Secure online payment via the methods offered by Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal depending on availability).
4.2 Order Confirmation
- Once payment is validated, the Customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order.
- The validated order constitutes a firm sales contract between the Customer and BARLUET.
- BARLUET reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of: abusive claims, abnormal orders due to their quantities, abusive returns or exchanges, existing dispute with the Customer.
4.3 Payment
- Payment is due in full on the day of the order, exclusively via the payment solutions offered on Shopify.
- Shopify Payments guarantees the confidentiality and security of transactions. Bank details are never shared with BARLUET, but are transmitted directly in encrypted form to the payment providers.

Article 6 — Personal Data
- BARLUET collects and processes certain personal data necessary for order processing.
- This information is strictly confidential and used solely for business or customer service purposes.
- BARLUET is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.
- The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting: contact@barluet.fr .
Article 7 — Cookies
The Site uses cookies to improve the user experience and personalize services. The Customer can configure their browser to refuse cookies, but this may limit certain Site functionalities.
Article 8 — Limitation of Liability
- The use of the Site is the responsibility of the Client, who must be aware of the risks associated with using the internet.
- BARLUET cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to misuse of the Site or to technical problems beyond its control.
Article 9 — Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (as defined by French law), BARLUET shall not be held liable for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations. In such a case, the Client will be informed within 3 days. If the event continues for more than one month, the order will be cancelled and the Client refunded.
Article 10 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first with BARLUET.
- In the absence of an agreement, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
- All elements present on the BARLUET.FR website – including texts, photographs, visuals, graphics, logos, videos, as well as the general structure of the site – are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of BARLUET or its partners.
- Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of the site, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of BARLUET, is strictly prohibited and is likely to constitute an act of infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
- The user agrees not to infringe, in any way whatsoever, the intellectual property rights held by BARLUET.
